Job description
Key Responsibilities
• Design, create, and execute classic and original cocktail recipes with precision and creativity
• Engage guests with knowledgeable recommendations on spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail pairings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations (ID verification, responsible service)
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal and specialty cocktail menus
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience, preferably in an upscale or craft cocktail environment
• Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and cocktail techniques (muddling, infusing, layering, etc.)
• Familiarity with classic and contemporary cocktail recipes
• TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, or equivalent responsible beverage service
certification preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
