1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TableStaff.com (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

TableStaff.com is an online platform that connects restaurants, bars, and hospitality businesses (“Employers”) with job seekers (“Candidates”).

Important: TableStaff.com is not an employer, staffing agency, recruiter, or labor broker. We do not employ or contract Candidates, guarantee job placement, verify job listings, or participate in hiring decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use TableStaff.com. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. TableStaff.com does not verify user age for employment purposes. Employers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws, including minimum working age requirements.

4. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under their account. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

5. Employer Responsibilities

Employers must:

• Provide lawful, accurate job postings
• Comply with all federal, state, and local labor laws
• Handle all hiring decisions, wages, taxes, workplace safety, and legal compliance
• Ensure job postings do not discriminate or violate employment regulations

TableStaff.com is not responsible for the accuracy of job postings or the conduct of Employers.

6. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates must provide truthful information and understand that TableStaff.com does not guarantee employment, interviews, or responses from Employers.

7. Fees and Payments

Certain features of the Platform may require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices and available features may change at any time.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Post false, misleading, or unlawful information
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or misuse the Platform
• Attempt to access accounts or data without authorization
• Upload malicious code or engage in fraudulent activity

9. No Employment Relationship

Use of the Platform does not create any employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between you and TableStaff.com.

10. External Content and Platform Integrity

TableStaff.com does not import job postings from external job boards, aggregators, or third-party sources. All job listings on the Platform must be created directly by Employers. Employers may not scrape, copy, or repost job listings from other websites, and third parties may not scrape or extract job listings from TableStaff.com. Any attempt to automate data collection, copy listings, or use bots, crawlers, or scraping tools is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. No Data Scraping or Automated Access

Users and third parties are prohibited from using bots, crawlers, scripts, or automated tools to access, collect, copy, or monitor any part of the Platform. Unauthorized scraping or data extraction may result in account termination and legal action.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on TableStaff.com, including job listings, text, design elements, logos, and branding, is the property of TableStaff.com or its users. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

13. No Scraping, Data Mining, or Automated Access

Users and third parties are strictly prohibited from using bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated tools, or any other technological means to access, collect, copy, monitor, or extract data from TableStaff.com. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Job listings
• Employer information
• Candidate profiles
• Text, images, or any other content on the Platform

Any attempt to automate access or extract data without written permission is unauthorized and may result in account termination and legal action.

14. No Use of Platform Content for AI Training or Machine Learning

No content from TableStaff.com may be used, directly or indirectly, to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, data sets, or automated decision-making tools. This includes:

• Job descriptions
• User-generated content
• Platform text, structure, or metadata

Any use of Platform content for AI training or data-set creation is expressly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from TableStaff.com.

15. Protection of Original Listings

All job postings must be created directly by Employers. Employers may not copy or repost job listings from other websites, and third parties may not copy or repost listings from TableStaff.com. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or redistribution of job listings is prohibited.

16. Enforcement

TableStaff.com reserves the right to monitor access patterns, block suspicious activity, and pursue legal remedies against individuals or entities that violate this section.

17. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless TableStaff.com from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Their use of the Platform
• Violations of these Terms
• Interactions with other users

18. Modifications to the Platform

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
