TableStaff is a subscription-based job listing platform designed for restaurants and hospitality businesses. By purchasing a listing or subscription, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. No Refunds on Active Billing Periods

All payments made for job postings and subscription plans (including weekly listing fees and unlimited posting plans) are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

This includes:

  • Partial use of a billing cycle
  • Unused listings
  • Early cancellation within a billing period

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will:

  • Stop future billing
  • Allow access to the platform until the end of the current billing cycle

No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate transaction or technical issue), you must contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Eligible cases may include:

  • Duplicate payments for the same service
  • System errors resulting in unintended charges

If verified, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, please contact us immediately.

If the issue is verified and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we may:

  • Issue account credit, or
  • Provide a partial refund

Refunds for service issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Permanent restriction from using TableStaff services
