Key Responsibilities • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival • Manage reservations and walk-in seating using the reservation system ( Open Table) • Monitor dining room flow and coordinate with servers and management on table availability • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to reservation inquiries • Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualities • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor • Team-oriented with a positive attitude • Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
