Line Cook
Line Cook — Sola Bistro & Wine Bar We’re looking for a motivated, experienced line cook to join our kitchen team at Sola Bistro & Wine Bar. Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience required. Strong experience with grill and sauté stations is important, including cooking steaks to temperature. Experience with Italian, French, or Spanish cuisine is strongly preferred. The right candidate should be comfortable working either garde manger or sauté/grill, depending on the needs of the kitchen. We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, clean, able to work with a sense of urgency, and interested in being part of a serious professional kitchen.
