Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of food service operations, and a passion for hospitality. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant activities, managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure high performance and team cohesion
Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food and beverage costs
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and order processing
Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely service
Manage shift transitions, ensuring smooth handoffs between teams
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting related to restaurant operations
have an input marketing initiatives or promotional events to attract new customers
Requirements
Proven management experience in quick service high volume casual dining environments
Strong knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, handling, and hygiene practices
Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required
Background in culinary arts or kitchen management is a bonus
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising, interviewing, and team management
Ability to manage inventory control and food production processes efficiently
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management
Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel experience is advantageous
Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee shift management and food service operations
Leadership qualities with a focus on training & development, budgeting, and food management strategies
