Sola is a small, focused bistro on St Pete Beach,built around quality products, solid techniques and a tight team. Featuring European Mediterranean cuisine such as French, Italian and Spanish, we like to play with specials from classics like cassoulet or bourgignon, to offals like lamb brains, sweetbreads or veal kidneys. we value consistency, creativity and a strong team culture both in the kitchen and on the floor!
